TC HOME IMPROVEMENTS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all plumbing services provided by TC Home (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking or accepting any service from TC Home, you (“the Client” or “Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services
TC Home offers residential plumbing services throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Services include but are not limited to:
Plumbing repairs and emergency services, Water heater installation and maintenance, Fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, showers), Drain cleaning and sewer clearing, Leak detection and pipe repairs, Water filtration and softener systems, Full or partial re-piping, Plumbing system inspections, Basement rough-ins and additions.
All services are subject to availability and location coverage.

Estimates and Service Booking
• TC Home provides free estimates for most standard residential plumbing services.
• Estimates may be given verbally or in writing and are based on the initial assessment at the time of consultation.
• Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. In such cases, the customer will be informed prior to proceeding.
• Bookings can be made by phone, email, or the contact form on www.tchome.ca.
• All bookings are subject to scheduling availability.
03.
Payment Terms
• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include: cash, e-transfer, major credit cards, or financing through approved partners.
• Invoices not paid within 10 days of service completion may be subject to late fees.
• For financed services, payment schedules and terms will be defined in the financing agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency service.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $75 cancellation fee.
• For emergency services, cancellations are not refundable once a technician has been dispatched.
05.
Service Area and Access
• TC Home provides services throughout Toronto and surrounding areas including North York, Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, and Richmond Hill.
• The client must provide clear and safe access to the work area.
• If work cannot be performed due to site access issues, additional charges may apply.

Limitations and Exclusions
• TC Home is not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to the service provided.
• We are not liable for damage caused by customer-supplied products or by failure to follow maintenance instructions.
• We reserve the right to decline service in hazardous or unsafe environments.
• Services do not include drywall, tile, flooring, or cosmetic restoration unless explicitly included in writing.

07.
Customer Responsibilities
• The customer agrees to disclose any known issues or previous plumbing work related to the area of service.
• The customer must ensure pets, valuables, and children are safely kept away from work areas.
• Any alterations to the scope of work must be approved in writing before execution.
08.
Service Guarantee and Workmanship
• TC Home takes pride in providing high-quality plumbing work.
• If the customer is unsatisfied with a service, they must notify us within 7 days of service completion.
• We will review and, if applicable, correct the issue in a reasonable time frame.
09.
Emergency Services
• Emergency plumbing services are subject to priority scheduling and may carry higher rates.
• Service availability during holidays, weekends, and after-hours is not guaranteed but may be available on request.
• All emergency services are considered billable once a technician is dispatched.
10.
Privacy and Data Policy
• Customer information, including name, address, phone number, and email, is used strictly for service coordination and communication.
• TC Home does not share customer data with third parties except where required for payment processing or by law.
• All information submitted through www.tchome.ca is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.
11.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
• TC Home reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be posted on www.tchome.ca with the revised effective date.
• Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
